Yes, but we do not pro-rate rent. Your rental
agreement starts on your anniversary date of move in. |

Who
has access to the gate?
Only current tenants who have paid rent have access to the gate. We
have the tenants list us the names of those who also have access to their
units. |

Do
you sell locks?
Yes, and we highly recommend that you purchase locks through us. We
sell high quality disc locks, which cannot be cut with a bolt-cutter and
will never rust. It will last you a lifetime.
